All orders are processed and sent out within 3 business days with Australia Post. If the parcel can not be delivered to the senders address, a card will be left and it will be dropped at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.
International duties & taxes for shipments outside Australia are not covered by the bare sea.

RETURNS
We want you to love your the bare sea pieces & understand if you change your mind - in this case we offer a store credit.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN
Please email hello@thebaresea.com.au with your order number and full name and we will process your return.
Your store credit will be issued once the product is received by the bare sea and is deemed in original condition & with original packaging.
Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Your store credit will be equal to purchase price excluding shipping cost.
Return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
Store credit notes are valid for 24 months.
Please note, SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
