You are shopping on the Australian the bare sea store - we are shipping all Australia & New Zealand orders from our office on the Gold Coast, QLD. We do ship internationally so if your country is not listed below please get in contact at hello@thebaresea.com.au.
All Standard shipping orders are processed and sent out within 7 business days with Australia Post.
All Express Shipping orders are processed and sent out within 3 business days with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping will automatically be given at the checkout for any order over $150.00 within Australia. Free Express Shipping will automatically be given for any international order over $400.00 AUD.
If the parcel can not be delivered to the senders address, a card will be left and it will be dropped at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.
International duties & taxes for shipments outside Australia are not covered by the bare sea.

RETURNS
We want you to love your the bare sea pieces & understand if you change your mind - in this case we offer a store credit.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please email hello@thebaresea.com.au with your order number and full name and we will process your return.
Your store credit will be issued once the product is received by the bare sea and is deemed in original condition & with original packaging.
Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Your store credit will be equal to purchase price excluding shipping cost.
Return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
Store credit notes are valid for 24 months.
Please note, SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
