Shipping policy

You are shopping at the iced latte club online store - we are shipping all Australia & New Zealand orders from our office on the Gold Coast, QLD. We do ship internationally so if your country is not listed below please get in contact at hello@icedlatteclub.com.au. 

All Standard shipping orders are processed and sent out within 14 business days with Australia Post.

If the parcel can not be delivered to the senders address, a card will be left and it will be dropped at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.

 

International duties & taxes for shipments outside Australia are not covered by the bare sea.
