We want you to love your iced latte club pieces & understand if you change your mind - in this case we offer a store credit.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please email hello@icedlatteclub.com.au with your order number and full name and we will process your return.

Your store credit will be issued once the product is received by the iced latte club and is deemed in original condition & with original packaging.

Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Your store credit will be equal to purchase price excluding shipping cost.

Return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.

Store credit notes are valid for 24 months.

Please note, SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
